I think that is solid advice as I have taken a single compound before and seen as good of results as I did with a several blend "stack". Any thoughts on what would be good ones to use?

To clear up a little bit of confusion, the mgs I posted are the total for the day, not per cap. For example: you take two pills a day, each has 40 mg epi, total of 80mg of epi.. Will let y'all know how the cycle goes. Hopefully not fatally lmfao.
