    Chili is literally the easiest thing on Earth to prepare and bulk on- all you need is a crock pot, a bowl, and a spoon. Add white rice to the chili after it's cooked and you can easily get all of the calories you want without putting on much fat at all.

    I just looked into this. You're right, but it doesn't affect speed of absorption or toxicity for either. Like other racetams, both of these have proven to have compounding positive effects.
