    Thanks for the advice. I'm trying to lean out a little bit a but lose much weight. I weigh 170 pounds. The only place I hold much fat is lower abs. My weight can vary four to five pounds a day, I guess because I hold a lot of water. Just want a lean dryer look over all.

    Be been lifting around 6 years. I weigh 170 pounds 5 foot 9. 340 bench 475 dead 235 clean. I've never used anabolic before but I have some dbol and masteron on hand. Would it do any good to take it? And if so how should I dose?
