    Ok so I'm on cycle and my diet has been perfect and I've been sleeping 8-9 hours a night but I'm exausted threw out the whole day?? Do I need to come off cycle? Also I get headaches from going to sleep

    Ok so I'm new on here clearly and I am not directly asking for a source.. But am I allowed to ask how I could go about finding a reliable source? Not sure if that is breaking any rules if it is I apologize.
