Doesn't do dick to be honest. You'll have higher blood pressure and be gaining muscle mass from the cycle so you won't see improvements in aerobic performance. Still a proven cycle for some nice lean gains though; just keep your diet clean!!!
Out of interest with var did you get strength, size, leanness, vasculArity from it and at what dose? Did these gains stay or go once you stopped?

I wouldn't add that. EQ and EPO both increase your RBC so I'd keep it to EPO only or EQ and test. I just don't think you'll see huge increases to your endurance on that.
Winstrol is an option. RBC goes up and with that endurance will follow plus it will lean you out. Ben Johnson was on that in 88 when he got busted! But EPO is the one for endurance.
Maybe start with prop to get test in faster and drop it after 2-3 weeks. So e and p together and then just e. Could lower test to 400 a week as you'll still see size at that but less bloating and try to limit adex as it is a pretty harsh drug. You had a go on EQ before?
Short cycle with test e. Prop and 8 weeks would be better. Post pictures as it's hard to tell what you look like from numbers but 150lbs at 5'7 sounds smallish. What sort of calories are you eating a day?

In terms of its effect it does 'shape' more than say deca which adds more size but not exactly a hard look to it if you know what I mean? The vasculArity is from the increased red blood cell count...

EQ has low affinity to bind so people smash in high amounts with little problems; 750mg I know of for sure and that's over long durations too.
