I know the gym I was going to before was only me and my workout partner. I would see people who thought they were working legs but I don't consider loading up the leg press and only moving it two inches working legs.:lol:
No real favorite back exercise. I just stick to the basics. Heavy Deads, Barbell rows, DB rows and wide grip pulldowns to the front.

Those pics were taken in my basement. My wife runs her personal training business from our house so we turned our basement into a gym. (Elite Physiques) Thanks for the compliments.
