Try multiplying your fat mass by 31 and that should give you a decent target max deficit to ballpark without losing muscle - and of course, high protein and maintaining your lifts.

I took only 1 1/2 scoops of alphamine about an hour before my workout and tried to keep it at a lower intensity than the last.
