    I've been reading a few forums and heard if you keep your rest time between sets to 60 seconds or less it increases your testosterone, has anybody else heard of this???

    Sus 250 and deca cycle poor gains

    I ran a sus 250 and deca cycle last year for 12 weeks 2ml of sus on a Monday and 2ml of deca on a Thursday. Done that for 12 weeks and had good diet and cardio regime but had poor gains, I only put 8pound on in that 12 weeks and didnt change body shape that much. Any ideas why the gains weren't...

    Well obviously carbs like sweet potatoe, brown rice, pasta, oats...... Obviously stuff like chips, white bread , white rice, fried rice, crisps, chocolate are bad carbs.....Unless you think all carbs are good for you

    A year ago I was taking sustanon 250 and deca. 2ml of sus on a Monday and 2ml of deca on a Thursday. My diet and cardio were really good, but I didn't get the gains I expected. Only put on about 10pounds in that whole cycle and didnt really look that good. Any ideas why???

    Glucosimine

    Yeah I thought it would be good to take it every day. I had a bad cart-ledge on my left knee and I started taking glucosamine and it heeled within about 3 weeks was really effective but I've stopped taking them. Think ill make it an every day supplement from now on. Cheers for the info mate
