    diet + training + REST = growth......there is so much to be said for that... I agree Get RID of the hal....clean your receptors out from what you put in and train for 6-8 months hard...your 4000k caloric intake is good....at your size, no disrespect but you should see some real gaines without...

    i would prevent against it anyway...doesnt look like your in a problem... the one thing i noticed...and my opinion and .85 cents will get you a cup of coffe...but it looks like you have a lot of NATURAL growth to be had...why would you use gear at this point...i dont think its in your best...

    the emax seemed to bloat a bit, muscles were full...superdrol was thinning me out...my abs shredded down nicely on drol...i think the emax had more strength...not sure why everyone likes SD so much...i guess like any of them...its what effects the individual body...am going to run a PP...
