I'd like more clarification on the bloating and gas issue, as that answer was way too vague.. And I'm having that problem with tons of sulfur farts and bloating since tweaking my diet.. Too much protein possibly? I can't see any other real difference maker but would love to hear anyone else's...
Yeah looks like good stuff! I'm gonna try to do the cycling; I typically do a 10 minute warmup, but I'm gonna do the first 5 minutes to get HR up to around 140, then do 20 seconds pumping it on a high level with 10 seconds regular level, then repeat the last 5 minutes. Just seems to make sense.
