You can avoid over training by making one of the sessions intense and the other light, like an active recovery or cardio or something. Also dont train that often for more than 2-3 weeks in a row. Then take an easy week then 2-3 more weeks of 2 a day's.

You could do this too or just take a b-complex vitamin a couple times a day. Its water soulable so you can take more than the bottle reccomends to make sure your getting enough. Just dont go crazy
I take adderall for add (a stimulant, like most pre workouts) and when i take it every day for a couple weeks it seems to do nothing and im always tired and just feel burnt out. To fix this i dont take it for a few days, and usually go back to normal (after sleeping about 30 hours in 2 days)...
Make sure your drinking enough water too. That could be the easiest fix. You need a lot more water than usual when your on cycle. I got headaches on hdrol too and realized it was when i wasnt drinking enough water. Made sure to drink more and they stopped. Good luck!

Haha i go to bowling green state university as an exercise science major and i just took the class last semester where we learned to do posture analysis our self and mine was almost perfect. I have plantar fashia so ankles were slightly off.

Yeah thats why i mentioned it. I might be going too deep. And yeah i started doing those with bands and cables once the pain started. Not sure how much its helped though
