    Evening everyone, A friend's been constantly telling me that I should try out pause reps, in the sense of pausing at the bottom of a lift for a few seconds and then come back up. He says that for the weight I'm lifting, I should be bigger and that these pause reps would help to grow..in size...

    So.. Starting from the bottom... Home made waffles, with a layer of fluff, with a layer of raspberries, with some scoops of vanilla and chocolate icecream covered with some whipped cream and some delicious sprinkles. This obviously comes after some very crispy chicken.

    Well, they don't speak a word of english, so asking for brown rice (usually not on the menu) is next to impossible. The pork is full of simple carb sauces and covered in fat. I end up sticking to burgers or western restaurants. And with no gym there only so much you can do..
