Looking to start a cycle of M60 and running along with Tr3st. What would a good cycle layout be? I was thinking:
M60: 60/60/120/120
Tr3st: 75/75/100/125
I have my PCT in order with liquid Tamoxifen along with a test booster.
Also he has a bottle of PlasmaVAR that I've never heard of either that I'm getting from him Monday. They are sold together as a "stack" just seeing if anyone has heard of these two supps. Here's a pic of them

Anyone ever heard of this stuff? A buddy of mine at work bought this for $199 from primal muscle and he no longer works out so he gave me the whole damn bottle! Is it bulking PH? Or even a PH at all? I'm having difficulties researching this supp. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Week 1 is in the books. Up 5lbs and I can't stop eating. It's like my stomach is a bottomless pit that can never be filled. No sides to report yet. But we'll see what happens when week 2 is over. Until then....

Same happens to me. But my heart beat slows down, beats so hard I can feel it in my neck. I feel like everyone in the room is judging or looking at me and thinking negative thoughts about me. It sucks bad. And I know Klonopin is a drug not a supplement but it works wonders with me.
Not when I go outside but when I'm in meetings at work I feel very awkward and uncomfortable or if I go around people I don't know I feel out of place.
I'm diagnosed with having social anxiety and it sucks. Only thing I've found that works for me is medication. Currently taking Klonopin. Works wonders.
Not everybody can afford a monthly gym membership of 50 a month with a wife and two young kids bro. And get off my ass about the epi sh!t, I ended my cycle short and kept logging during PCT. Should of been more clear on that but anyways, I have DB and curl bar and weights that go up to 200lbs...
