I don't really know if ill be able or not, I was thinking starting off with dumbells would help my imbalances my left bicep and tricep as well as my left pec are so out if whack and weak you can visually tell the diffrence of my pecs im just trying to even things out before jumping back to...- MiniGun

Nothin at the moment, i was injured in a vehicle accident about 4 months ago so i was obligated to sell my previous equipment for medical bills etc. im just trying to rebuild my home gym i used the power blocks a few years ago and fell in love with them.- MiniGun

Well it looks like I can lift again, praise The Lord and pass the ammunition, I've been cleared by both the doctor and physical therapist. I was recently in a MVA, I fractured my c7. I also incurred a small fracture in one place in my lumbar, I also busted a blood vessel on my spine and pinched nerves in my neck after a cervical infusion surgery, i currently have to wear a c- collar for at least three weeks, i was wondering if...- MiniGun

Unfortunately after receiving all this awesome advice I was involved in a car wreck, I cracked my C7 in three spots docs told me i'll be outta commission for three months at least, does anyone have any therapy advice. I AM NOT going to let this injury stop me from achieving my goals, please...- MiniGun
