    Yes. Correct. I ran the older version once and had no issues. Is there anything in the newer "+" version that would cause any of this? I don't want to stop taking it, but I might have to lol. Would it be better taking without food? I would assume no.

    Yea I know the issues are prominent, but I've personally never experienced them before. Taking the TruZMA as well. As far as dosing - 1 with breakfast/lunch depending when I'm up, and 1 with dinner.
