I don't think so. Just work your way up to it. If you start to get sides settle the dose or drop it. With a non methylated compound it's easier to say yes to higher doses as long as sides are okay -

Coq-10 also helped me a ton with blood pressure. Little but pricey so I only use if absolutely needed but if you start getting nosebleeds, I'd pick some up -
