    Can you put this stuff into your shoulders? Or will it you any harm cus I've done 1mil test450 an 1 mil deca300 in one shot just wanna no if it will do me any harm as I struggle to get it in my bottom lol :)

    I've done research mate an tried a lot of advice ive been given but nothin works I can't seem to break the limit of being lean and get the bulk started no matter wat I do !

    I don't want to much fat but suppose a little would be ok I am pretty lean is that maybe why I'm not seein much gains aswell as the calorie intake aswell but will sort that I'm gunna eat like a fat kid eats chocolate cake :)

    I've had a look at my Tdee an it came up with 2560 so does that mean I've gotta probly double that to start puttin weight on I've counted today's calories at 4400 an probly gunna squeeze some more in cus these danabol are making me feel like I'm hungry but I've only just eaten lol !

    To be onest mate I don't no but will be summat I look at keeping track of I just eat as much as I can wen I can , an yes that is correct that's war I've been taking I've seen a bit but not massive changes I've done Sus and deca before this and got good results just ripped though not bulked!
