That's a great idea because it doesn't get you uncomfortably jittery and pumped up. It's just good clean energy. Might give that a try tomorrow bad for today coming up is back and Biceps. I'm pumped!
Another great workout today. Been at the shore so I'm using a different gym. Love getting random workouts in at new places because I always feel more sore the next day since I'm able to use different equipment that i feel I hit my muscles in a different way. Got in back and bis today.

I've been dosing with the shot glass straight into the mouth. I like my preworkout to be delivered quickly and not even have to worry about it working. I take it when in less than 5 from the gym and get right at it and the preworkout sneaks up on me that way. Carrying me right through my workout
