    Sup creatine/ glutamine. Take your vitamins and eat your protein more than drinking it. Get those gains! Eat clean train dirty! Not saying do poor form but be hardcore! Good luck brother!

    If your natty keep it simple! Bigger muscle groups need 3-4days rest to recuperate. Doing too much too soon will hinder your progress for further gains. Don't train like the pros and unless your rocking gear hardcore. I tried 2x and even 3x a week for muscle groups it puts too much stress on...

    Tonight I gave my body a highish Carb meal or two. My last meal had 8oz chicken 12 Brussels sprouts and a medium sweet potato. The meal before that had 4oz mushrooms with about 2 cups spinach, and half a cup of brown rice. With 4oz tilapia.
