Sh@# aye haven't done that one yet skimmed a nerve but I inject really slow so I just backed up a tiny bit changed the angle a tiny bit and went round it lol. Always aspirate that's why I haven't pinned the glutes I can't reach around to hold on to aspirate properly -

Oh sorry it was a joke about worrying about the oil coming out. Joking since this pin feels 10000000X better than the last one. Sp much so that I don't feel like I had a pin. But thanks for the advice either way -

So wow what a difference I pinned higher on my other leg and have changed to a 2X a week schedule instead of 1 bigger one can't believe the difference. It doesn't even feel like I have had a pin now I'm worried that I didn't do it right and all the oil came out lol. Cant believe the difference... -

So pain is more or less gone and my knee is just about back to normal. :-D So next time around should the pip really just feel like a knot localized to the injection site when the muscle is flexed? -

Would the fact I'm shooting 500mg test ie 2ml of oil effect the pain. Would 1ml twice a week be better than 2ml once? -

Unnecessary man all you're going to do is give yourself irregular test levels stay on the sus and finish the cycle save the prop for another cycle when you are a lil bit more prepared for what comes with everyday pins. You said you're legs and glutes got swollen so just stick with the eod sus... -

You should be fine to do that mate. I'm hardly an expert around here but if you were 6 weeks into the sus 250 the long chain esters will still be there after a week just don't leave it too long to pin and pick one and stay there lol. I'm not 100% sure but you might get a little bit of... -

Also what would the downside be to the nolva on cycle? Would it become more of an issue in pct? If it can't bind it still prevents gyno related sides etc?? I'm just getting info now and get more of an understanding of the old school methods of running a cycle and why we shouldn't do it that... -

Would formastane be ok? Or not strong enough? But just back to my original question the erase pro mr cooper says it's as strong as formestane is that not true? I've given up on using it on cycle I'm more getting some info now. Lol
