    Ditto 40/40/20 did the job for me. If I want to lean out even more for a special occasion, I drop my carbs and up my fats. I tried carb backloading for four weeks early this year and it did not work for me *at all*. I got softer, pudgier .. Ugh, hated it. Just too carb sensitive I guess ...
