    Just seems the More "budget friendly" supps over here come with very little feed back other than what's found on their own sites ( always taken with a pinch of salt seeing they all claim to be the best thing since someone took a bread knife to a loaf)

    Once I hit the magical 10% bf I enquired about bulking and had some great advice, generally to increase my calorie intake by 300-500 (clean) above my maintenance level to keep fat gain to a minimum. I can't speak from first hand experience yet.

    I'm sitting at 5'10" and 181 lbs. intake is only 1800pd but I'm desperately trying to cut a podgy frame... With a cleaner diet and regular training I'm on around a 4-6lb loss per month

    Great thread... Been suffering with the "internal" shoulder pains since I pretty much gave up contact sports, been massively aggravated since I started lifting.... Certainly will be trying the warm ups and repair reps...... Spot on fellas, fingers crossed.
