    Are you sort of in agreement it probably has subsided about as much as it can then? Those were my thoughts. I think I will start to taper from today. Starting at 2.0 for 3 days then 1.5 for 3 days, then 1.0 for 3 days, then .5 for 3, taking the tamoxifen on the last days of .5.
