    Yeah. My stomach seems a little smaller from the side. A little more definition in my chest and shoulders. It was only a few lbs of muscle but hey, it's still solid mass.

    I hardly do cardio. When I do it, I feel that my cardio has improved a little but I just can't handle the shin pumps! I'll run about half a mile and just can't take it anymore haha.
