Did not touch a weight these three days. On Friday the 10th I ended up scooping 100lbs more product than I did the previous day. I was extremely shot by then. Took the weekend off. Rest and Recover. I really just needed a break. Going to hit it...
Thanks bro, yeah I didn't get it.. but it was really really close, I was over half way up. Just couldn't lock it out :[ Soon though! I had a friggin awesome workout today man that RPM uncapped is night and day difference.. LOVE IT! I got to do like 4 logs today >_<
