    do you train with a partner or alone?

    Actually trained with my twin brother. Doing arm workout, he got thru 2 arm excercises and he was done. He went straight to abs while I continued. That was 2 months ago and to this day, he still walks by me holding his arm. So right now my training partner is my ipod.

    They will no doubt score alot of runs with this lineup. Doesnt help when the opposing team scores even more runs then you because of bad pitching.

    Sounds like a plan! I'm in my 2nd week of using Sd cycle(2nd time around) and I might add Ergo and Prostan to compliment it. Thanks guys for this topic and to everyone on this site. I've been lurking/learning alot.. You guys are very helpfull!
