Actually maybe that's the problem I haven't been keeping track as much as I should I've just tried to switch the types of food by eating healthier. Egg whites, whole wheat bread that kind of thing. I guess I've just been worried about over eating, because I didn't want to gain any body fat.
I'm 19 and was a little overweight now I'm 16.4% body fat and weigh 184.3 pounds. I did insanity and insanity asylum and lost the weight to get to 184.3. I'm 6'1 and trying to bulk up without gaining body fat. I've been lifting for a couple months but it doesn't seem like much is happening...
