today i wake up at 183 + 9 pounds from start !
i think i look bigger but who knows lol

FIRST OFF this is my first ph ever!! I'm 23 an 180 pounds . iv been training for a few years now going from fat 208 pounds to a skinny 140 back a 180 under 12% bf all natural.. my plains for this cycle are to gain 8-10 pounds lean mass with lil fat gain

well todays the 6 day on h-drol idk if this ****s kicking in or what but i fell like super man in the gym .. I did a pull workout today
pull ups with added10 pounds x 8 for 5 sets -never did weighed pull ups before

todays workout was great it was my leg day set a new pr in squats
the best i ever did was 265 x8 for 4 sets an today i did 270x8 felt easy so i added 5 pounds an did 3...
first off I'm 174 pounds 5'9 with 3 1/2 years sold training . iv made some good gains over that time but I'm ready to take it to the next level :)
iv had a soild nutrion plain for the last two years ..so my eating is good
