    i tried takeing clen a month ago.. i personally cant take it i threw out all the pills... made me feel really nervouse minor wierd feelings in chest , and was effecting my performance in the gym in a negative way took it 5 days and droped it.

    you could b right i ahve af eelin my bp could have been elevated slightly and i know i put on like 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks but then again i went boom on epi stane and boom increased carbs sooo maby the water weight.. will be intresting how i feel on a cut this go around

    I take two caps hella at 8 30 am take forged liver support at 12 30 pm and take one cap hella at 4 30 pm and i get to the gym at 5 30 pm and another forged liver at 8 30 pm. hows that sound ?
