    Upper 1 day. Kept it all light nothing bigger than a wheel just worked for blood flow Slight incline smith bench. 3x10 Bb upright rows from Kleens description 3x10 JM press 3x10 Hs rows 3x10 Bb bent row 3x10 Felt good to get the blood flowing again though.

    Damnit. Forgot about family dinner. So far diet is spot on. 3100 cals with 2 meals left. Gonna hit 4k. I'm a bit more tired than normal. May tweak my fats and carbs a bit if I feel lethargic at the end of the day tomorrow. Glad to be clean eating again.

    Jesus. I forgot my straps on a heavy row day so I tried hooks with a few sets of rows. Nope. I can't imagine another 600lbs on my poor thumbs.
