Damnit. Forgot about family dinner. So far diet is spot on. 3100 cals with 2 meals left. Gonna hit 4k. I'm a bit more tired than normal. May tweak my fats and carbs a bit if I feel lethargic at the end of the day tomorrow. Glad to be clean eating again.
Interesting. I usually don't use an upright row because of my shoulder issues. I'll have to try it this way.
