    Don't over think it. You don't know exactly what your body needs at every moment. I take a simple prenatal vitamin, all it is, is a multi that has more than usual cause its prenatal. Women need more for their babys, you need more for your growing muscles. It works for me so its up to you.

    Its the sweat. When you sweat and open up your pores it gets dirt and bacteria in them. My simple fix was just washing my face after i sweat. Use a towel and dab NOT smear your face while working out. That should help.

    Since your so young you can get away with alot of lifting mistakes and still build muscle. Hell you can even cut it down to a 2 day split your so young, what im saying is that you build muscle easier than older people.
