I like to do 30 min of cardio when i jump out of bed because your theoretically burning fat being your metabolism hasn't started for the day yet... My question is if you take a serving of BCAA's before doing that cardio will it start your metabolism (like if you ate, or took protein) and thus...
yea i was doing about 30 min 3-5 times a week on the eliptical but i hurt my hip so now i;m doing an hour to an hour and a half on the bike this week i just uped the cardio to 7 days a week lifting 5
I've been out of the gym for a few years because of a bad injury... I gained alot of weight since i've been out got really fat. Over the past year and a half i lost 80lbs... Mostly from diet (before i went back to gym)... I've been back to the gym 4 months although i've seen massive strength...
There is a gym by me that does not have heat in the winter and no air con in the summer, i honestly don't know how people work out there! Its like A Gigantic garage you literally have to wear "gloves" to work out in the winter... crazy sh*t
I personally hate a gym with the air conditioning that's blasting... my gym has these giant fans on the celing and there is always a big breeze i hate that makes me cold i don't like to get cold easy... 80 though seems a little hot!
There is prob no answer to my prob but i'll throw it out there just for the hell of it... I'm a good guy, treat a woman right, when i was younger i had no problem with women at all... I'm a decent looking fella work out in good shape, but i'm on disability have some health problems nothing life...

33 years old 262 lbs, been out of the gym 3 years with bad shoulder injury didn't think i would be able to lift anymore... Finally fully recovered been back in the gym 5 months now have had sick gains back... just trying to get back to where i was and even better... so far i've lost 70 lbs over...
