  8. I YELL at weights.

    Well I don't "yell" at them. But when i'm putting up a higher weight than usual I like to psych myself out. It does help. Ill lay under the bench, stair at the weights, and say to myself (not yell) "This is lightweight, you can do this, this is nothing, LIGHTWEIGHT!) hahaha. BigJay showed me that!

If someone runs a smaller dose of something like superdrol, say the typical 2 week 20mg small cycle, would the smaller and less synthetic gains be easier to keep, then say a longer 3 week 20mg cycle?
