    Gaming

Bro, that was gaming's golden age. Honestly I find myself playing the old retro games more than modern ones. How about A link to the past? Or perhaps you have heard of Crystallis for the NES? That is pretty much my favorite game.

Thats kinda another thing that puts a lot of pressure on my spine. What about like bike riding? I'm sure that can help, just don't wanna get too much cardio.

Working legs around chronic back pain?

Yo everyone, been struggling lately with my leg gains. I have a few chronic back conditions, which have required surgeries, treatments, etc. This has made squats, deadlifts, etc unbearable to perform. I really hate it, because I gain decent size, but I still look like "that guy" who doesn't...

Starting up a cutting phase, could use a little advice!

Hey guys and gals, Its been a while since I have posted, and its good to be back! I went on a pretty hard bulk/gain phase this winter. Put on a decent amount of size, went from 185 to 215 (Yes, there was a decent amount of fat gain). I have been cutting down my calories, upping the calories...

    Kinda worried, fat or bloat?

Yeah, your probably absolutely right. Unfortunate, but on the other hand, during season, i was grumpy, always hungry, and overall miserable. Now I may not have a defined set of abs, but you can still see them, and i'm a great deal happier and stronger, So i suppose ill just continue with what...

    Kinda worried, fat or bloat?

well thats just what my maintnance should have been. I didnt think i would gain a bunch of fat, I mean right now I got up to 193 from a steady 182, and I've been drinking a lot of water, which i hardly drank any water during the season (182 was the worst weight i could have gone, lol) But yeah...

    Kinda worried, fat or bloat?

Alright so I've been using creatine to help me get back into lifting. If you've seen my past post, i went from 235 to about 178 at one point, but I had a lot of loose skin left over. I started att 22 % bf, ended at 8.9% now that wrestlings over, I dont need to be thin like that again, So I'm...

    Best non-stim fat burner

Gotta say, Alpha-t2 did wonders for me. That along with Erase. I tried some of the stim burners and all they did was make me feel like crap. Definitely give alpha a try, you'll sweat like a madman too. But what's this RK people are talking about? Its supposed to prevent fat gain correct?

supps to help loose stomache fat!!

sounds to me that you don't have a whole lot to lose, if its just a few stubborn stomach fat pounds than alpha t2 stacked with erase is absolutely amazing. it will really tighten you up.

So i wont have to worry about getting any more, and really i mainly eat white meats, like chicken and tuna a lot, not too often do i have a nice steak or anything so ill definitely keep that in. My concern is...

Hey guys, recently lost a lot of weight, looking to gain back some muscle.

Thanks, i appreciate that man, but yeah I tried the 3k cals a day for a few days, and started honestly getting sick and lethargic, so now I'm just increasing slowly. I haven't really looked at my scale yet cause I don't want to freak out at the sight of all the water weight I gained and get...

Hey guys, recently lost a lot of weight, looking to gain back some muscle.

Quick run-down, I used to weigh 240 pounds in the off season of wrestling, and during it i'd wrestle at 215, over this summer however, I began to lose weight gradually from that 240 lbs to 182, I wanted to see if i'd have more success in wrestling at a lower weight. Now that my last season is...
