Dumbell pullovers?
I like to use the DB and BB. The key to isolating your Lats with this movement is to keep tension on them by keeping the ROM from the floor to forehead. The movement starts recruiting more pec the further you go over the head. Getting a good stretch at the bottom sets the exercise up really well...- supraseed48

Yep.. 3 to 5 grams of taurine ed. Give it a week or so u will see some relief and should be managable. Make sure to stay hydrated. Id lay off the creatine if ur taking that.- supraseed48
