    Luckily mine are feeling better. Yesterday I was back in the gym. Everything was good and strenght was fine, did 325 on bench for 4 reps. Didn't have a spot so I wasn't pushing it 100%. Hopefully I can finish the last 2 weeks and have a successful cycle. Weight is 210 currently.

    Been reading up on drop sets and may try them out, seems to be something different to what I've done. I'm familiar with the concept, just wasn't with the name exactly and needed a refresher. So how many exercises, sets, etc do you do per day. You don't do drop sets for all your lifts right?
