    I suggest logging your food intake for a week. 350g of protien is definitely doable. If that is too high for you to consider go 1.7g/kg

    How about sweat pants over them. Then no one has to know. Don't care though. I assume most ppl wearing meggings are working through shin splints or other issue.

    I was warming up on deadlifts and two guys walked right behind me. I was pulling backwards a little too much and had too step back to catch myself and almost smacked a guy with the plates.
