This is what i've come up with so far for my diet.
Meal 1: 4 eggs, 1 slice of bread, 2cups milk, 1 scoop protein
Meal 2: tuna can, 12 almonds, yogurt, fruit ,
Meal 3: Chicken breast, 2 slices of bread, 1 cheese slice, 2 cups milk, 1 scoop protein
