    Im 21, 200lbs, 15%bf, been training for 7 years probably 3 years solidly. Looking at a simple cycle of 12 weeks of 400mgs test and 50mg of dbol a day. My diet is the same old boring bulking diet and work out 5 days a week. Any help is appreciated and taken on board thank you....

    I've taken note and I have been doing 5x5 now. Going to carry on with 5x5 for my bulk. I know what post cycle therapy is and what its for but I dont know weather you need to use it for certain cycles or what? Do you think I am too young to take them?

    My diet is just your basic bulking diet with about 2g of protein for each pound of body mass and about 500g of carbs veggies. The usual eggs, porridge, tuna, chicken, beef, pasta, rice. Training is mainly around 5-6 exercises for each muscle 3-5 sets of around 8 reps. I'm in college today so...
