Maybe you'll just have to step up the intensity with your flyes and stick to your one set of presses. Try adding some drop sets or rest pauses in and see how you go, totally fry your pec minor before doing your one set of presses.
If you plan on doing your fasted cardio I would suggest supplementing with bcaas, and do it right before your first meal? With your eating window are you trying to lose fat and maintain muscle? Gain size/strength? When do you workout?
