Looking for a good blend with reasonable Cals and grams per serving. Goal is not to spend crazy amounts for 15 servings so a good amount of servings would be nice
If you read his articles and theory behind his work out, it will explain that the bigger more intense exercises, such as squat and dead lift, he does not recommend doing a rest pause set due to the intensity being more likely to do harm.
Ha thanks for the inputs. I guess my biggest concern is intaking to much all within 3 hours of each other including meal 1, pre and post supplements, and a meal directly following that.
