Day 24:HUGE day at the gym last night! Shattered PR's left and right. I am up 50lb's on my Bench Press for many more reps. Annnddd for the biggest news. I weighed in at a SOLID 207lbs!
Even when I started lifting at 151-151lbs my traps were overdeveloped. It's in my ancestry do to carrying stones and whatnot.
The before and after photos I am going to post next Monday will show a major 1 month development (especially my shoulders)

I don't plan on ever doing a PH again (this is my 4th cycle and I've said this many a times). If I were to do it again Stano would have made this an AMAZING cycle!
Day 22: As of Friday I was a solid 203lbs. My lifts are wayyyy up! Only sides I can really report are death of libido and lethargy.

The pumps are insane and my lifts have gone through the roof. More weight and more reps for every set.
Only side is that my libido has been dead. Male parts are dead!
Today is the beginning of Week #3 and I am going to be taking 20mg this week. So the final layout will be 12/16/20/20.
