of course cutting carbs and/or overall calories make you leaner,if your in a caloric deficit you ARE LOSING FAT.
im not bashing your method.what would you approach? i am actually looking into a diet with high carbs and low fats....this will ensure the metabolism is racing etc
this.sorry for not updating the blog but i am flat as a pancake from low carbs.to the other poster above,i have actually lowered my fats to the 70g range and fat loss was faster.as long as i am in a caloric deficit i am happy.i am currently skiploading and trust me the weight is dropping off...

That actually wouldnt be a bad idea to take it post workout.i wont take it on my refeed days as it impairs insulin sensitivity.the suppression in t levels is insignificant if i recall.aslo il be running pes erase to combat this.so hopefully il be able to get a nice dry look by the end of four...

Stats: 20 y/o,6ft,205lbs around 13-15bf% not sure.i had full abs before christmas using clenbuterol but at higher dosages (it melts fat lol)

eat beetroot.im at about 13% bf and i get serious vascularity from the nitrates in beetroot.just blend it up and drink it a few hours before a workout.trust me it works
dude can you link me to the berberine studies/info you read in regards to glucose disposal etc.i made a thread about using berberine on epic cheat days but it went south lol.im using it at the moment when dieting
whats up ive looked for threads on this board about berberine etc but not much has come up - it has been mentioned in various gda threads but not much detail.from what ive gathered is that it clears glucose out of the blood etc etc. - also slightly lowers protein synthesis through its pathway...
your post makes no sense regarding what i said.i said that if you eat more fats you wont have more testosterone being produced.what you said is correct about caloric goals and dieting etc.but it doesnt matter if your cutting or bulking,there is a certain threshold whereby only a certain amount...
osta rx is an oral sarm.no pct needed unless you increased the dosage ie up to 30+mg a day etc. @ 3 pills a day its 20mg total.im seeing results already from 9 days on.this is my first experience with anabolics(ph/ds) (even though technically its not a steroid) and im happy so far.
