    Brock might not have larger muscles but the other two wouldn't last very long fighting him. Lesnar is a freak of nature when it comes to size and athleticism. Doubt he has ever lifted purely for bodybuilding either.

    I haven't had my fat % checked in years so I have no idea on it. Starting weight was 222.2 end weight was 229.2. I'll try to take the androstat later tonight.

    5/5 Ran hard twice now. Stacked with lean and stacked with mass. Great weight and strength gains with no sides noticed.

    Took last dose this a.m. Weight holding at 229 and bench max went up 50lbs total. Still blows my mind considering I wasn't specifically training to increase bench. Gonna try to post pics tomorrow and start pct stack.
  16. Do you need to eat before you workout?

    Just make sure you arent so hungry that you are gonna be focusing more on food rather than lifting. I've had this issue in the past and found myself cutting reps or sets just so I could eat sooner.

    Haven't updated in awhile. Weight is holding around 229 and I continue to get stronger. I'm also just loving the way I feel in the gym while on this stack. Feeling like I can just walk in overshadow or out lift everyone in the gym. Looking forward to taking the final pics in a week.

    Currently running a mass/hard stack and keeping a small log on here. I'm 4 weeks in with a 5lb wt gain and 30lb bench increase. Also surprised at how much my abs have actually come out while on this stack.

    I dont really. I honestly have been lifting to get bigger and not focusing on increasing my max so that was even more of a reason the 30lb increase surprised me. If I got 380 at the end of 8 weeks that would be amazing to me. Currently on 365.
