4-5x a week. High protein, complex carbs, moderate fat. Play with carbs accordingly. LIFT HEAVY! You will bloat and appear fat, but thats ok if you are truly "bulking"
It is partly relative for the individual person. However, 37 is a bit low. I would retest it and if it shows the same then you should probably inform your doctor of this.
There is no "fast" in getting big. Consistency is the key. Keep your calories high and don't miss any days in the gym. Don't worry about getting fat. Keep at it an you will grow.
Neither of those are bad choices for substituting a meal. I personally. Try and eat as many whole meals as much as possible. Both of those shakes do sound pretty tasty tho.
I agree with the beast above. I think that most people don't pay as much attention to abs as they should just because they think if they can't see them then why work them. If you hit some lower leg raises then that should take care of your problem. That's probably one of my favorite exercises...
You need to eat a lot more my friend. That's a lot of whey in there. Replace one of your shakes with a whole food meal. Also your first meal doesn't contain any lean protein. Add some eggs there or some type of protein other than pb. At your size, you need to eat roughly 4000 calories I'd say...
