    What I do is set one of those giant ab balls on the flat bench and just hold onto the bench with my arms locked out and my hips hanging off the ball. Then I perform the reverse hyper movement just like I was on the machine.

    I'm taking that same stack, taking the dosages as recommended on the back of the bottles. Just started though so I can't really say how well it's doing. On a side note my acne has flared up since starting. Maybe I should lower the dosage a little considering I only weigh 157 pounds?
