    I think this is the starting dosage for a lot of people although many are starting to do just 12mg throughout. It is extremely potent though and very versatile so just increase the dose only when you feel the need to. Keep those cals up! This is one of the best and most detailed logs out...

    Technically you "have to" but there are some studies out there pointing to increased absorption with similar compounds when taking with a fatty meal so it is suggested. You don't have to take it before you workout, just divide the dosages up throughout the day.

    I rarely tell people to go up but I agree, bloodwork that I have seen from three people support 8mg being really nice on the liver and it is a good starting dosage. 12mg will be average for most people but a lot of people grew fast on 8mg too.
