    I guess I should have added that in the begining. ha! I'd be a fat tub of crap if I ate like that naturally. People at work wonder how I can eat so much and not get fat. I love giving them the 5 day a week cardio BS line!

    50 grams of protein Chicken 30 grams carbs oatmeal Sweet potato PWO. I'm not gaining a once of fat. I'm getting leaner each day. It's crazy and amazing! I'm on GH, IGF and Test. My appetite it through the roof. I get hungry every hour.

    6am Protein, carbs 10am Protein 11am Carbs 12pm Protein 1pm Carbs And so on. I eat fats later on at night Has anyone tried this? works well for me!
