For me, Vitargo is 10, Karbolyn is 8 and Glycofuse is 6. The first 2 increase capacity for more work while HBCD attenuates the decrease at best. With all the sales Karbolyn is the cheapest too.

Yeah, maybe from the performance point of view. But they went with Sensoril in Flexatril so there may be other reasons. It is a higher % extract than KSM-66 so less to flavor.
I have the 00 Cap-m-quick that I rarely use. Once this year for Alpha-GPC for convenience as it tastes good and I squeeze 300mg in each. I am capping agmatine this week due to its bitterness. I think I can fit about 2/3rds of a gram so that is spot on for me.
