I've had one around 3pm and one at 7pm, I feel fine. In the middle of hosting a bbq (hence not the most optimal time to start) but feel good. Ate a bunch and don't feel full at all, maybe that's something. Had a few cocktails and I'm not throwing up haha. Tomorrow will be a normal day to better...
For those taking or have took something like Spermidine, can you recommend a reputable brand? Preferably sold on Amazon if possible b/c I have cc points I could use and I can also set up as subscription (at least for now until SNS comes out with something :) )
